Treasury Manager

Job Description

• Build the corporate treasury function from the ground up for a PE-backed, multi-brand restaurant franchise operator with 400+ locations nationwide.
• Own daily cash positioning, short- and long-term forecasting, 30+ bank accounts, banking relationships, and thousands of daily wires, ACH transactions, and transfers.
• Establish controls, processes, procedures, and SOPs while automating work without sacrificing accuracy or increasing risk.
• Track debt, maintain covenant compliance, and support financing transactions.
• Report to the Corporate Controller, lead two tenured analysts, and develop and train the team; role is hybrid 3/2 in Plano, TX and full-time.
