Treasury Payment Strategy Office Manager

Job Description

• Manage treasury payment operations, production escalations, operational issues, risks, corrective actions, and potential fraud-related activities.
• Lead payment transformation initiatives involving digital payments, claims payment modernization, ACH adoption, customer onboarding, payment platforms, and enterprise payment solutions.
• Coordinate business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, testing, implementation, project execution, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Manage vendors, service providers, governance meetings, service levels, defects, escalations, and ongoing support activities.
• Oversee UAT, test planning, deployment readiness, change management, training coordination, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience in payment operations/treasury/financial systems or related disciplines, cross-functional and vendor-management experience, U.S. work authorization, and Atlanta-region location or willingness to self-relocate; application deadline is October 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
