Trial Attorney - Insurance Defense, Los Angeles

Job Description

• Manage insurance defense litigation and other legal assignments for State Farm’s Los Angeles Claim Litigation office in a hybrid Glendale, CA role.
• Develop trial strategies, manage case progress, and participate in trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience, recent complex trial experience, and preferably first- or second-chair trial experience.
• Requires an active California law license in good standing with the State Bar of California; U.S. work authorization is required and State Farm will not sponsor applicants.
• Full-time position paying a potential starting salary of $150,000–$210,000 plus potential yearly incentive pay of up to 24% of base salary.
