Truck Driver CDL A Regional

Job Description

• Ryder System is hiring a regular full-time, on-road Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver based in Louisville, KY, running routes through KY, OH, IN, TN, and WV.
• Drive a day cab with a 53 Ft Dry Van or 26' stake bed, hauling touch freight including flooring and heavy equipment; schedule is Monday–Friday with a 4:00 PM start time and approximately 40 hours per week.
• Compensation includes a $1,675 weekly guarantee, $28.00/hr, $50.00 per diem per night with 5 nights out, and a $1,200 safety bonus; paid training is provided.
• Must be at least 21, hold an appropriate Class A CDL and endorsements, pass Ryder drug, background, motor vehicle, DOT physical, and road tests, and have qualifying Class A tractor-trailer experience: 9 months in the past 3 years, 2 years in the past 5 years, or 5 years in the past 10 years.
• Ensure federal and state regulatory compliance, identify and minimize safety hazards, maintain accurate records and logs, and load or unload freight when required.
