Job Description
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations, bulk trucks, and flatbed trucks to transport and deliver products safely and on schedule in a regional/on-site role based in Schriever, LA.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, inspect goods, secure loads, and load/unload shipments.
• Maintain driver logs and delivery documentation, including bills of lading and delivery tickets, in compliance with federal, state, and commercial driving regulations.
• Requires a Commercial Drivers License - Class A, high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years of job-related experience, and ability to drive an 18-speed standard transmission with 40 flatbed trailers.
• Full-time schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 5:45AM-2P when not on the road; hauling may require extended hours, with overtime paid at time and a half beyond 40 hours.
