UI Engineer – CES Client Platforms

Job Description

• Full-time UI Engineer role with Citadel Securities' CES Client Platforms team in New York, NY; work mode is not specified.
• Design and build workflow-driven, high-performance interfaces using TypeScript and React for institutional electronic trading clients.
• Integrate front-end components with C++ and Python backend services, distributed systems, data pipelines, and real-time data services.
• Translate trading, market-data, and client workflows into intuitive user experiences while contributing to UI frameworks, component libraries, and developer tooling.
• Requires front-end application experience, UI architecture/state-management/rendering-performance knowledge, strong UX, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; financial-services or electronic-trading experience is preferred but not required.
