Job Description
• Lead underwriting team workflows, productivity, service standards, coaching, performance management, and staff development.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits, provide guidance on complex Property & Casualty accounts, and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Analyze underwriting data, portfolio performance, metrics, and trends to identify growth and profitability opportunities.
• Drive underwriting strategy, process improvements, technology initiatives, agency relationship management, and cross-functional operational enhancements.
• Requires 6+ years of Property & Casualty underwriting experience, 2+ years of leadership or management experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; CPCU or AU preferred.
