Job Description
• Lead MISO’s Unified Incident Response program, including incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery, training, preparedness, and evolving-threat assessment.
• Develop standardized emergency and incident response procedures aligned with MISO’s Information Security Strategy, corporate priorities, and bulk electric system needs.
• Oversee continuity and disaster recovery strategies, plans, exercises, operational risk management, and organizational resilience initiatives.
• Manage team priorities, delegation, employee performance, budgets, hiring, and professional development; requires a bachelor’s degree or 4-year relevant-work-experience equivalency and 5+ years in Emergency Management/Homeland Security.
• On-site, full-time role in Carmel, IN; salary is $157,000–$182,000 USD annually plus potential annual bonus.
