Job Description
• Paid, on-site Urban Planning Internship with Rundell Ernstberger Associates in Indianapolis, IN, supporting multidisciplinary planning, landscape architecture, urban design, and engineering projects.
• Produce documents, reports, graphics, outreach materials, planning studies, GIS analyses, and project presentation deliverables; compile data and conduct research.
• Participate in project steering committee and community outreach meetings under the supervision of a project manager and senior-level team members.
• Develop and present a mentored capstone project addressing research or real-world design challenges.
• Requires current enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s or master’s program in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or a related field; strong written/verbal and collaborative skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and ArcGIS Pro.
• Three-month, six-month, or six-to-twelve-month internship opportunities; application deadline is October 10, 2026.
