Job Description
• Hybrid, full-time UX Designer position with OKAYA INFOCOM in Charlotte, NC.
• Requires 10+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Human-Centered Design.
• Designs user-centric web and mobile experiences, including wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Conducts qualitative and quantitative research, user interviews, usability testing, and user validation sessions, translating findings into improvements.
• Develops enterprise design systems and reusable UI components while ensuring responsive design, WCAG accessibility, usability, design standards, and UX governance.
• Requires expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar tools; no degree, certification, license, or salary requirement is specified.
