UX/Product Designer

Job Description

• Design and deliver intuitive, inclusive, accessible digital products in an agile, cross-functional environment alongside developers, product owners, and product engineering teams.
• Apply UX research, analytics, user stories, interviews, surveys, usability testing, user journeys, wireframes, and information architecture to solve customer and retailer workflow needs.
• Use and evolve Benjamin Moore’s digital design system and standards while aligning with the UX Team and UX Lead on creative vision and execution.
• Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders and execute deliverables on established timelines with minimal supervision.
• Requires 3–5 years of digital product design experience, SAFe Agile experience, proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, and an understanding of AI-driven product experiences; basic HTML/CSS/JS is helpful but not required.
