UX Researcher

Job Description

• Conduct end-to-end UX, product, and design research on complex client and internal workflows for SRS Acquiom’s financial transaction services platform.
• Plan and execute interviews, usability tests, concept evaluations, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and communicate them through readouts, reports, journey maps, workflow maps, and related artifacts.
• Establish scalable research practices, templates, standards, tools, and repositories while partnering with Product, Design, Operations, and external research vendors.
• Requires 5+ years of relevant UX research experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience, U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship, and hybrid work in Denver, CO or fully remote work within the Continental United States.
