Job Description
• Design and maintain agency-wide UX standards for GSA IT digital products and services in support of GSA OCIO's Application and Enterprise Architecture task area.
• Conduct user research, prototyping, usability testing, and other UX design services while incorporating UX best practices.
• Ensure designs comply with Federal accessibility standards, including Section 508, and remain compatible with existing GSA systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and program managers in an agile environment; document methodologies and recommend continuous improvements.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; at least 7 years of UX design experience; U.S. citizenship; and active HSPD-12 clearance or favorable background determination by contract award.
• Primarily remote role, with occasional in-person meetings at GSA Headquarters in Washington, DC; full-time schedule with core hours of 9:00 AM–4:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday.
