Job Description
• Design operator-centered UX/UI interfaces, design systems, dashboards, prototypes, and geospatial intelligence visualizations for military operators and high-stakes mission environments.
• Conduct operator research, interviews, persona development, workflow mapping, usability testing, A/B testing, and rapid design iterations.
• Collaborate with product owners, end users, developers, data scientists, clients, and management while translating complex data into actionable visualizations.
• Requires a TS/SCI with Poly clearance, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interactive Design, HCI, UX/UI Design, or a related field, and 3–5 years of related UX/UI experience in complex technical, government, or defense domains.
• Full-time regular role with local travel of up to 10% in Sterling, VA; salary range is $72,700–$149,200.
