Job Description
• VDC Project Manager role with RK Industries, LLC, based in Westminster, CO, supporting Denver-area project, shop, field, preconstruction, fabrication, and manufacturing teams; work mode is not specified.
• Own VDC coordination plans, model setup, milestones, issue tracking, deliverables, closeout, clash testing, RFIs, constructability reviews, and fabrication/install-ready work packages across complex construction projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings in Navisworks, direct clash resolution, review coordinated models and drawings, and verify issues are closed before fabrication or installation.
• Requires 7+ years of BIM/VDC or construction coordination experience, PM-level ownership of complex projects, advanced recent Navisworks Manage experience, Revit proficiency, and MEP/trade-coordination expertise.
• Full-time position paying $90,000–$125,000 annually; construction-related degree, trade apprenticeship, BIM/VDC credential, or equivalent field-to-digital career path is preferred rather than strictly required.
