Vehicle Logistics Business Solutions Analyst

Job Description

• Lead continuous-improvement, process-transformation, project-management, change-management, and technology-development initiatives across North American Vehicle Logistics.
• Map logistics workflows, eliminate non-value-added steps, and track dwell time, ETA accuracy, mis-ship rates, carrier performance, and cost savings.
• Analyze ETA failures, transit-time variance, milestone transmission, GPS, and latency data using Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5-Why methodologies.
• Build workflow automations, dashboards, productivity tools, and scalable technology-enabled solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant experience; hybrid work in Allen Park, MI; and U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
