Job Description

• Venture Capital Associate role at Paires focused on building and managing relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, angel investors, VCs, and institutional investors who invest directly in private companies.
• Own investor relationship quality, monthly network growth, investor-to-opportunity matching, and ongoing engagement.
• Must have personally built investor relationships and taken at least one investor from an initial conversation through a direct investment in a private round.
• Requires knowledge of investor preferences, including investment stage, check size, sector, and decline rationale; discretion is essential, and investor names must not be included in the application.
• Fully remote, asynchronous, full-time role using the company platform and AI tools daily; compensation is a base salary plus commission.
