Venture Capital Associate

Job Description

• Remote Venture Capital Associate review role evaluating AI outputs across finance and risk workflows; US work authorization required.
• Review calculations, narrative reasoning, policy adherence, compliance, reconciliation, disclosures, and citation quality against current standards, regulations, and firm policy.
• Re-perform calculations, identify rounding/classification/treatment errors, assign structured severity scores, and document corrected workpapers or narratives for AI model training.
• Requires direct finance-and-risk engagement, transaction, or audit experience; CPA, CFA, ACA, comparable credential, or equivalent applied experience; and at least 10 hours per week of async availability.
• Independent specialist contractor; hourly rate confirmed after the interview process.
