Job Description
• Entry-level Venture Capital Audit Associate role with Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP, based in the firm's Lehi, Utah office serving the Salt Lake City area
• Hybrid schedule requiring work in the office three days per week on average; full-time position with October 5th, October 19th, or November 2nd 2026 start dates
• Participate in all phases of investment fund audits, reviews, and examinations, including workpapers, audit procedures, client meetings, and engagement planning
• Use valuation models to allocate fund manager versus fund investor capital and issue opinions under US GAAP regarding fund accounting, financial statements, and investment existence and valuation
• Requires completion or current enrollment in a Bachelor's and/or Master's accounting program, CPA educational eligibility before starting, minimum 3.2 GPA, graduation between December 2025 and August 2026, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
• Salary: $74,000-$77,000, adjusted based on geographic work location
