Job Description

• Associate-level Corporate Venture Capital role at SAIC supporting technology-driven growth, startup investments, and government mission applications.
• Based in the DC/Maryland/Virginia Metro Area, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, Austin, or Chicago; full-time individual contributor reporting to a Partner.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in a startup or larger company in technology, product, BD/GTM, strategic, VC, CVC, or related roles.
• Leads startup sourcing, ecosystem engagement, commercial/technical/business diligence, investment theses, valuation and deal-term analysis, investment committee materials, and post-deal value creation.
• Requires business and financial acumen, strong qualitative and quantitative analysis, communication, active listening, critical thinking, collaboration, presentation skills, and alignment with dual-use commercial and national-security technology; salary range is $160,001–$200,000.
