Job Description

• Full-time Variable Imaging Programmer I role in Sussex, WI, focused on programming personalized direct mailings within Quad’s marketing and manufacturing operations.
• Analyze customer data, instructions, and artwork; build variable compositions, layouts, finished output, and manufacturing documentation using VDP software.
• Review proofs and final-product quality, follow QC/SOP standards, and maintain project-specific workflow documentation.
• Manage schedules, costs, records, multiple projects, and account concerns while supporting a 24/7 operation, including off-hours/weekend support.
• Requires a job-related degree or two years of industry experience preferred; 1+ years of direct-mail print experience, USPS formatting knowledge, PC proficiency, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and VDP platforms preferred or required as specified.
