Vice Preseident Technical Architecture & AI Transformation

Job Description

• Remote, full-time Vice President role leading Fusion Risk Management’s Technical Architecture practice and AI transformation initiatives.
• Manage and mentor technical architects, establish architecture standards, oversee hiring and performance management, and serve as the senior technical authority for enterprise and regulated customers.
• Personally build and ship production AI/LLM tooling for Professional Services, defining architecture, development standards, roadmaps, guardrails, security controls, and adoption programs.
• Requires significant progressive enterprise solution architecture or comparable customer-facing technical experience, leadership of architects or senior technical resources, and hands-on production AI development experience.
• Deep Salesforce or ServiceNow expertise is required, with Salesforce strongly preferred; relevant platform, cloud, security, or enterprise architecture certifications are preferred.
