Vice President Sales, e-Commerce & Retail

Job Description

• Vice President-level role leading domestic and international sales strategies for small, medium, and large e-commerce and retail customer segments at Federal Express Corporation.
• Directs sales leadership teams, sets objectives and targets, and drives quarterly activity, revenue, profit, SQI, and competitive market-penetration goals.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of commercial sales and sales-management experience, including successful management experience; airfreight, automated-sales, and international-sales experience may be required.
• Requires experience in multi-account/business planning, automated sales systems, aggressive sales programs, and launching new or expanded sales organizations; must have access to a main airport for travel.
• Remote/work-from-home, with the desired location in the Western market; full-time position paying a US base salary of $200,850–$298,428.
