Job Description

• Vice President leading Mastercard’s ProCOM Technology Risk Management function in O'Fallon, MO; full-time role with work mode not specified.
• Define and execute the technology risk strategy, operating model, roadmap, frameworks, controls, governance processes, and operational resilience practices.
• Oversee risk portfolios, key risk indicators, control effectiveness, audit readiness, issue remediation, evidence management, executive reporting, and regulator-facing alignment.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Security, Compliance, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, and Regulatory Affairs across a complex global technology environment.
• Requires extensive leadership experience in technology risk or related disciplines, experience leading large-scale transformation programs and high-performing global teams, and strong analytical, strategic, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
