Video Production Manager

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end video production for the PWHL Detroit brand, from concept development through filming, editing, post-production, and delivery.
• Produce sports content including features, sizzles, highlight packages, interviews, game coverage, and platform-specific video for broadcast, social media, websites, apps, and in-arena displays.
• Lead coverage of home and away games, practices, training, community appearances, fan experiences, partner activations, and other team events, including on-site editing.
• Requires 2–5 years of video production experience, at least 2 years shooting and editing short- and long-form sports projects, a strong portfolio, professional camera expertise, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Hybrid role based in Detroit, MI; requires evening/weekend work, travel, mid-November training camp availability, full-time U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship, and a background check.
