VP, Asset Management

Job Description

• Lead overall management of acquired client portfolios, serving as the primary contact for portfolio management, servicing oversight, transfers, and asset strategy.
• Oversee multiple servicers, trusts, and strategic initiatives across all asset classes, including reconciliations, workout decisions, exception management, and performance enhancement.
• Coordinate asset-level strategies with diligence and collateral services teams using loan-level due diligence, quantitative and qualitative analysis, loan documentation, and reporting.
• Develop portfolio campaign strategies, customized reporting, and project-management deliverables while maintaining overall Asset Management Team quality and performance.
• Requires 8+ years of relevant or industry experience, typically including 2+ years at AVP level or equivalent; commercial real estate asset management experience is required.
• Requires a college degree or training in finance/mortgage banking preferred, strong Excel and Microsoft product skills, and experience with GSE and regulatory guidelines.
