Job Description

• Lead and scale Zeta Global’s consulting organization delivering data-driven marketing strategy, measurement, and activation across client portfolios.
• Serve as an executive leader and senior strategic advisor responsible for team performance, client impact, consulting revenue growth, and C-suite engagement.
• Develop first-party and third-party data strategies, omnichannel measurement frameworks, audience strategies, campaign roadmaps, CRM/media plans, and marketing ROI recommendations.
• Build consulting frameworks, mentor and develop Consultants, operationalize generative AI and predictive analytics, and partner with Data Cloud, Product, Engineering, Account Teams, and Sales.
• Requires 12+ years in data-driven marketing strategy, campaign measurement, and client engagement/growth; remote, full-time role paying $180,000–$200,000 depending on location and experience.
