Job Description

• Senior VP-level engineering leadership role responsible for application engineering strategy and execution across backend, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Leads and grows a small, senior applications team and sets architecture for AI-powered workflows, APIs, and client integrations.
• Requires significant experience leading application or product engineering for complex systems, AI experience, and hands-on production backend development.
• Owns production readiness, including observability, monitoring, retries, fallbacks, privacy, security, reliability, and cost controls.
• 100% remote, full-time position paying $225K–$275K per year; candidates must complete a 60-minute coding assessment.
