Job Description
• Vice President-level People/HR executive role based in Denver, CO; full-time position with work mode not specified.
• Partner with executives and business leaders to translate business priorities into people, talent, organizational, and culture strategies.
• Build scalable leadership, manager capability, talent, performance, succession, compensation, rewards, and organizational-development programs.
• Lead teams responsible for talent acquisition, workforce strategy, leadership development, and related People programs.
• Oversee employee relations, workplace investigations, People compliance, and sensitive employment matters with fairness, consistency, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Requires at least 10 years of progressively responsible People/HR, employment law, employee relations, organizational development, or related experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination required; SHRM-SCP, SPHR, JD, or relevant credential preferred.
