VP, Technology Strategy

Job Description

• Lead enterprise technology strategy for a multifamily property management company in Denver, CO, aligning property management, CRM, ERP/accounting, revenue management, maintenance, resident experience, BI, and reporting systems with business strategy.
• Own and deliver the enterprise systems roadmap, including prioritization, sequencing, scope, success measures, budget, risk, cost, vendor management, and implementation-partner accountability.
• Lead the IT application team and collaborate with Operations, IT, Accounting, HR, Marketing, the Advisory Team, and department leaders to drive implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver measurable improvements in system adoption, data quality and integration, reduced redundancy and manual work, and team member, owner, and resident experience.
• Requires 8+ years of senior leadership experience with enterprise systems, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship, and experience with RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, or AppFolio.
