Job Description
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated warehouse systems, including conveyors, automated storage and retrieval systems, autonomous guided vehicles, electrical systems, and controls.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, root-cause and failure analysis, and corrective actions for equipment downtime.
• Use PLCs, HMIs, WES/WMS, computerized maintenance management systems, and machine-control software to diagnose and resolve faults.
• Maintain spare-parts inventories, organized maintenance areas, and facility maintenance procedures while participating in safety and Lean programs.
• Requires a related vocational/technical certification or 4 years of relevant experience, plus 2+ years maintaining warehouse automation equipment and additional PLC, high-voltage, WES/WMS, HMI, and controls experience.
• On-site full-time role in Greenwood, IN; scheduled Wednesday-Saturday, 6:00 PM-4:30 AM; pays $34.00/hr plus $1.00/hr for nights.
