Job Description

• On-site, regular full-time Forklift Operator role with Ryder System, Inc. in Wilmington, IL, supporting food-product warehouse and supply-chain operations.
• Operate electric sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners while performing loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Accurately pick and pack, audit, perform tote induction, stage products, load and unload trucks, and complete warehouse paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core production hours and work within contract performance guidelines.
• Requires a certified Forklift Operator's License; high school diploma/equivalent and one or more years of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience are preferred. Pay is $21.00/hr with a 3% increase after one year.
