Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

Job Description

• On-site, full-time Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management role with Cardinal Health in Jefferson, GA, supporting pharmacy warehouse operations.
• Requires 2-4 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse environment; high school diploma, GED, equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Validates inbound shipments, reconciles packing slips and quantity discrepancies, enters product data, and releases products for facility use.
• Forecasts inventory, places electronic orders, analyzes inventory reports and product movement, and communicates with manufacturers.
• Performs cycle counts, processes damaged products for disposal, maintains inventory accuracy, and escalates unresolved quality issues to the Manager, Pharmacy Services.
• Preferred qualifications include WMS and RF technology experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and material handling equipment experience; schedule is Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.
