Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise a warehouse team of up to 20 employees and designated facility operations, ensuring service, quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
• Train, provide performance feedback, assign duties, resolve employee issues, and maintain communication across the organization.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, merchandise organization, inventory, purchasing, sales, and record control.
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation, maintain time and production records, and submit operational reports.
• Requires 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience, Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience, strong conflict management skills, and the ability to lift at least 40 lbs. and work in extreme temperatures.
• Full-time role in Brighton, CO; first-shift or second-shift schedules may apply, with potential weekend overtime; pay range is $60,600.00–$102,200.00.
