Job Description
• Remote, full-time business development role serving the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area in wealth management and financial services.
• Conduct retirement and wealth management seminars, engage audiences, and convert attendees into qualified Prospect Marketing Meetings and appointments.
• Lead discovery meetings, follow-up appointments, client acquisition, opportunity progression, and applicable new-business closings.
• Required: financial services, banking, or relationship-driven service-industry experience; public presentation and consultative selling success; current FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Compensation includes a $100,000 annual base salary plus uncapped asset-sourced performance compensation with OTE of $260,000–$350,000.
