Web UI Designer - AI Trainer

Job Description

• Evaluate frontier AI-generated interfaces, layouts, typography, visual systems, mockups, slides, infographics, illustrations, and motion against professional design standards.
• Create realistic design briefs from professional expertise, including landing pages, pitch decks, data visualizations, posters, and motion pieces.
• Compare AI model versions using identical prompts and assets, determine which performed better, and document shortcomings.
• Identify and evidence failures involving alignment, spacing, content overflow, typography, visual hierarchy, SVG and illustration quality, ignored assets, and off-brief interpretation.
• Requires UI/UX, web, product, or graphic design background; native or bilingual English; strong visual and interaction-design knowledge; and comfort with AI design tools. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Remote independent contractor role for applicants in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
