Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Carpenter role supporting Webber waterworks and heavy civil construction projects in Seguin, TX.
• Builds, assembles, aligns, plumbs, and sets concrete forms from plans; checks forms during concrete placement and directs form stripping afterward.
• Installs precast concrete elements, miscellaneous concrete-structure materials, permanent metal deck forms, and prepares slipforming for traffic rails and median barriers; may use power tools.
• Requires less than a high school diploma and 0–3 years of related construction experience preferred; requires heavy physical activity, manual dexterity, basic reading/speaking ability, and outdoor work in extreme and changing weather.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States; E-Verify participation, drug screening, medical examination, and possible background check apply.
