Job Description

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel components and TIG welding as required in an industrial fabrication production environment.
• Read work instructions, basic drawings, and weld symbols; inspect welds for quality, strength, and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work areas while following industrial safety procedures and using welding helmets, gloves, and protective clothing.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality expectations; adapt to changing welding tasks throughout the shift.
• Contract-to-hire, fully onsite day-shift position in Greeley, CO, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; pay is $19.30–$20.30/hr.
