Welding Process & Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

• Develop, document, and implement welding and brazing processes, parameters, technologies, and successful weld joint variables.
• Support weld and braze programs, welding equipment programs, operator qualification programs, production operations, and weld joint NDT requirements.
• Conduct process compliance audits, identify root causes, resolve manufacturing issues, and improve processes.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of weld engineering or manufacturing experience; prior manufacturing experience required.
• On-site role in Norwich, NY; 1st shift; temp-to-hire; $43/hour; U.S. person status required for export-controlled technology access, plus drug screen and background check.
