Wind Hub Technician- OH 1 (Bellevue, OH)

Job Description

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components on GE wind turbine generators across all wind sites within Hub OH1.
• Perform turbine operations, safety, quality control, warranty repairs, diagnostic electrical analysis, and computer-based service reporting.
• Travel locally within the hub, climb towers up to 300 feet daily, handle repetitive 50-lb loads, and comply with a 300-lb maximum including required gear.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED plus 1+ year of wind technician/mechanic experience, a Wind Certificate Program or Associate’s Degree in Energy, or 2 years of electrical work experience; must pass a Technical Knowledge Assessment.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be available for rotating shifts, on-call work, occasional overnights, and work in industrial, manufacturing, and power-industry facilities.
• Full-time, on-site role with base pay of $32.95–$43.88; legally authorized U.S. work status, applicable drug screening, and heightened client security checks are required.
