Job Description
• Full-time, on-site Wind Turbine Technician Level 1 role with Sky Climber Renewables in Dundee, MS, supporting utility-scale wind power generation.
• Perform preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, mechanical installations, operations, upgrades, and equipment assembly for wind turbine generators.
• Complete GWO-accredited safety and technical training in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; work inside cabinets/controllers only under direct supervision from a certified Electrical Technician.
• Requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, legal U.S. work authorization, background/drug screening, climb-preview completion, ability to climb 300+ ft. towers, handle up to 50 lbs, and live within one hour of the site unless relocating.
• Entry-level program requiring safety focus, communication, teamwork, self-motivation, weekend/holiday/overtime availability, and willingness to travel up to 25%; compensation not disclosed.
