Winter Skid Steer/Loader Operator

Job Description

• Operate skid steers with snow pushers, buckets, or snow blowers to clear commercial parking lots, loading docks, drive lanes, and other designated areas in Cicero/Central New York.
• Stack and relocate snow, apply de-icing materials, inspect and maintain equipment, and document completed services on a tablet.
• Respond to snow dispatches within 30 minutes and work overnight, early morning, weekend, holiday, extended, on-call, and overtime shifts during snow events.
• Requires prior skid steer or heavy equipment operating experience, a valid New York State Driver's License, ability to lift 50 pounds, and ability to safely work in snow, ice, and challenging winter conditions; CDL is a plus but not required.
• Seasonal, on-site role paying 30–42 an hour; applicants must be at least 18 and have reliable transportation.
