Zero Trust Security Engineer - Okta

Job Description

• Intermediate Okta Engineer administering, configuring, maintaining, and integrating the Okta Identity Cloud platform for Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) applications and resources.
• Primarily telework/hybrid role requiring onsite work at least two days per week or as needed at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA; additional onsite time may be required during onboarding and program integration.
• Requires 5+ years of hands-on Okta Identity Cloud experience, an active Top-Secret clearance eligible for upgrade to TS/SCI, and an IAT Level II or higher DoD 8570 certification.
• Automates identity lifecycle workflows, integrates directories and applications using federation protocols, and supports Zero Trust architecture, SIEM monitoring, and endpoint posture assessment.
• Serves as a Tier-2/Tier-3 Okta SME, produces engineering documentation, and trains junior support and help desk personnel.
